Mission Viejo is a municipality located within the Orange County. The population of the municipality according to the 2012 census was 92,290, an increase of 2.4% from the 2000 studies. Its specialization in old people care will be an added advantage over the general facility healthcare available in the region since it will act as a medical institution for the elderly. The facility will be managed by a deputy manager who will be reporting to a general manager and will be involved in addressing administration, planning and research, insurance and finance, medicine and workers issue in the facility. In constructing the facility, the needs of the community will be put into consideration and the cost of construction of the facility, medical equipment and all instruments will be provided by the state. The finance of the facility will come from the federal medical health insurance specifically from the health insurance program. Premiums will be received for services rendered and will be a flat rate for each patient for the length of stay.
